Fluid Capacities and Contacting DC

This is just stupid... I looked through the owner's manuals for fluid capacities for my truck and couldn't find any other than the oil capacity. I thought this was a little weird since every vehicle I've owned (Ford, Mazda, Saturn, Nissan) had the fluid capacities listed in the owner's manual. So, I emailed the crack customer assistance team at DC and asked them to provide me the capacities for:

1) The Manual transmission (and also the recommended change interval since it's not in the manual)
2) The front and rear differentials
3) The transfer case

The 'Customer Assistance' (and I use that term loosely) team emailed me back and stated that this information was included in the service manuals and provided me a link to a site that I could purchase them from. I sent them a reply in which I asked why I should pay either $250 (print) or $90 (CD) for information that I got from other manufacturerers for FREE (or at least included in the purchase of my vehicle)?

They sent a reply back stating they'd provided me how to get the information and no, they weren't going to provide me with the information for free. Nice, really nice.... This is the kind of crap that will make me not consider a DC vehicle next time.

So, I have two questions for everyone out here:

1) Can someone provide me the fluid capacities for the items listed above? (truck info is in my sig)
2) Does someone know of another way to contact DC without going through these crack Customer Assistance people - i.e. some way to contact Corporate directly in order to voice my displeasure?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.....

Maybe also the cap of the AUTO, 48RE?

I was just checking my manual last night and didn't see anything for that. I have 10k on the truck and heading out for a roadtrip. Thought about replacing original filter early to make sure it is clean for the trip. But couldn't find any info on how much is anywhere.

Assuming nothing has changed, the book lists:

Transfer case 4 pints. Mine actually took a bit more.
NV5600 is 9.5 pints. Book says routine oil changes not required.
9 1/4" Front dif 4.75 pints.
11 1/2" rear end 7.65 pints.

My book predates the 48RE, so can't help there.

The 48RE takes around 6-7 quarts of ATF+4 fluid when you drop the pan and replace the filter.

I got to agree DC is total brain dead when you contact them via email.

Obviously you have internet so whenever you need specs on your truck just Google it. Probably get the info you need in minutes. Any dealer would probably give you the capacities also.
