Yeah I wondering why you had to use ramps ???. I'm a big guy and I just got on the creeper and rolled right under it. :
I guess they learned to not use a torque multiplier to put the oil filter on.

Guys,
Don't forget Hoss has a 2wd truck and if I remember correctly Hoss had quite the belly. ;D Do youu resemble that remark Hoss? Your self portrait looks just like Hoss Cartwright.

guys do you have to do anything different to change oil on a diesel? this is my first diesel. i know i takes like 11 quarts of oil but is there anything different from gassers

Like Mog said...no difference at all. Just make sure you've got a pan big enough to catch all the oil. My 15 quart pan worked just fine.
