Keep at them, you will get it covered. You just got ahold of the wrong person on the phone.

Same problem

Got the truck cutting out and showing P 148.

07 with 49,000 miles.

Am I covered?

It SHOULD be covered, not if they actually want to honor the warranty might be another issue!
Take it in to the dealer, they're going to say its not covered (probably). They'll give you a 800 number to call and be nice but pitch a fit, tell them you've sent that dealer a lot of business and you won't be referring anyone to a dodge product again if they won't honor their warranties, that's why out bought a dodge in the first place.
Let them know you've been on the different message boards and you can see that this is obvioulsy a bad design and that you want it corrected. it will take them a few days but hopefully they'll make it right!
