fan clutch

I have a 2004 dodge ram 3500 5.9 and the guy before me put a body lift on it and cut the fan clutch wires off i don't have the plug and was wondering if anyone knew the color to help me rewire it, thanks.

From: new braunfels, tx 78130

the wiring to the fan is as follows, hot wire is, light blue/white and the ground is, black/dark green. don't know the plugs. hope this helps
