I have a 2pc ATS manifold, that I am trying to take apart (and eventually put back together).

When I put it back together, I need to have the bolt spacing correct.

Can anyone either measure their exhaust manifold, so I know what the bolt spacing.....from the center of the one (firewall end) mounting hole to the center of the other (radiator end), for both the top and bottom holes?

The bolt spacing is 4.725 on the head

 

So this is from the center of one head to the center of another head, all bolts have the same spacing?

Also, are new bolts/studs needs to install aftermarket manifolds or are the stock bolts re-used?

Are the stock bolts safe to re-use without worrying about snapping them?

The stock bolts are fine on the 3rd gens with the ATS

Next question, after I reinstall the two halves and get the proper spacing, do I just need to put a straight edge on the mounting flanges to make sure it is 110% completely flat?
