After approximately 200/250 miles on a trip my engine shut off just outside of town. Would not start again until about twenty minutes later. At which time it started again with no problem. About another 250 miles it shuts off again. Same thing about twenty minutes and it starts again. Didn't think to run the codes. No problems since then but haven't made any trips as such. Think it is the fuel pump but not sure. Have run the codes since but shows nothing. Don't want to spend money and not fix the problem. Afraid it will happen and cause a major mishap. The truck is a 2006 3500, 4x4, six speed, quad cab with 115,000 miles on it. No warning lights at all came on when it quit.
