It could have shorted out that injector, but more then likely it caused the ECM to go into limp mode.
If you have not done so yet, disconnect the batteries and leave the key on for a an hour or so.
Turn the key off and reconnect them. See if that helps.
You may also have a bad injection pump.

It only occurs when you get the revs high, but not when you disconnect the 1st injector harness connector.
Once you have had bare wires making contact with a ground you run the risk of program failure in either the fuel pod control on top of the engine, or in the PCM and or ECM.
This is the sort of failure that will require a competent dealer to perform a scan, and once the companion codes are analyzed the fix may be as simple as a Chrysler reflash.
Whatever you do, do not swap ECM's from a good truck, that may just lead to trouble for the donor vehicle.
