So, I'm getting a P0237 and a P0541. I replaced my MAP sensor and tightened down the ground on the grid heater. But, I'm still getting this totally random issue. When the codes pop I get a dead pedal and it's thrown the truck into limp mode once. I don't want to throw parts at the truck, so any ideas where I should start looking? I'm going to go through and put some dielectric grease on all of the connectors that my Quadzilla Xzillaraider plugs into, in hopes one is loose or has moisture in it. I really don't want to replace the APPS when these codes don't seem related. The dead pedal is going to get me killed driving in traffic! The truck can't get out of it's own way when the pedal goes dead! Any ideas?

The P0237 is what's causing it (dead pedal). Map sensor is faulty.

I suppose I should've read it a little more clearly. Unhook the Quad completely, and see if the code still pops up.
