Hey dudes at 90 my egt's are running about 850(Unloaded)? Seems kinda low to me...pryo is on rear bank of manifold(thats the hottest spot verified w/infrared heat sensor)....at 80 its about 650-700...are you guys seeing these numbers?

 

That's probably accurate. You didn't say what the outside temp was, but I would assume it's not the middle of the day when you're doing 90mph. The Smarty and exhaust keeps the EGTs in check pretty well. I can stay at 1200* towing 11k on a 6% grade.

 

My Stock 07 5.9 stays at 1200 pulling a 6 % grade w/o the aftermarket chips/downloaders, etc. I couldn't tell you at 90, never went that fast LOL Mine are around 700-800 going 70 empty however. Oh I pull a 34' 3 horse LQ trailer ( Pretty darn heavy) and only see the 1200. On a real hot day 1300.
