Absolutely - however, the drag link isn't close to parallel even on an OEM height truck... so a couple of inches (such as with a leveling kit) would be no problem. If you're cheap & handy (
) cut the end of the pitman arm off and TIG it back on upside down, to mount the taper-seat drag link from underneath it... much straighter.
