If you have lest then 3" lift or stock I don't see why you need one. Can you post a pic of this new set up bolted on your front axle?

To maintain parallel links. Can't drop one without dropping the other, unless you like bump steer.

Absolutely - however, the drag link isn't close to parallel even on an OEM height truck... so a couple of inches (such as with a leveling kit) would be no problem. If you're cheap & handy () cut the end of the pitman arm off and TIG it back on upside down, to mount the taper-seat drag link from underneath it... much straighter.

My 08 with build date of 6-08 has the new style.
