15k ...
on tdr someone thought that the duty cycle may be an indication of "life expectancy"
ie the motor has been through 2.1% of its intended life ...
works for me ...
that would mean 750k total ... ...
kinda doubt it though

No, I think the dealer puts the decimal in the wrong place and it is actually 75K miles or the end of the power train warranty. I think, and ask my wife I have been know to be wrong. Mine said .7% which if you move the decimal around a little you come out with the 4700 miles I had when it was done. 75000 * 21% gets you to about 15700 miles.

I think the duty cycle they are referring to was in the recall. If the duty cycle was high it was required in the recall to replace the transmission cooler as well as the new line. If you pulled heavy most of the time before your recall was done the old solid line would have been more likely to cause the cooler to crack due to the higher pressure and vibration of pulling heavy. They can determine this by the duty cycle of the transmission which is in the transmission computers memory. So basically if your transmission did not go over a certain duty cycle DC did not require replacement of the cooler.

But how do they compute the duty cycle?
