I have a 2003 dodge diesel 3/4 ton pickup with the power chip. I've noticed that while driving down the highway at a steady speed once in a while I feel a surge in speed. It feels like it speeds up and then backs off to the normal speed. This doesn't happen all the time, and it doesn't matter if I have my cruise on or off. There is no change in the tach or the speedometer. Just wondering if anyone else has had that problem and what it could be.
