Have been tracing down a vibration problem in my truck for way too long now. Have replaced all the ujoints and put new tires on and the vibe is unchanged. Was going to pull the rear shaft off and have it balanced but went under the truck today and grabbed the shaft near the transfer case and it has some significant play where the shaft goes in. Its not the ujoint. Would this be the driveshaft itself or something in the transfer case? Im pretty sure this is what is causing my vibe. Has anyone else seen this or is the play here normal? Thanks
