Hello,I am new this forum and am in need of good help and advice. My 2003 5.9 common rail with 107k miles seems to have developed a problem in the past 2 weeks. I noticed it taking a little longer to start and now it probably wont start unless i plug in the block heater.I thought the cooler weather might be the problem so I checked the grid heaters,they are fine.I keep up on the fuel filters so I changed filter, also checked lift pump it is working although i dont know actual volume it is putting out.I have checked for rail pressure,but again dont know actual pressure.I am just shade tree guy so dont have all the equipment to do it exactly right.My fcm seems to activate under voltage.All indications from reading on this forum and talking to people lead to injector failure.I am also not sure about taking to a shop to have it put on diagnostic machine,because they seem tell me that that can close to figuring out if it is injectors but not exactly, if all or 1 or 2. Hate to spend 200 to 300 dollars for them to tell me they think it is an injector problem.Does any body have suggestions as to which injector or where to get them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
