did a search and could not find any info similiar to mine so here goes another tranny question/problem.
year and half ago ran a bulldog tripledog and took out tranny. was not even driving very hard. everything was replaced, my cost, but gears.
put downloader back in about 4 mths later and took special care not to drive very hard. tranny gone NEXT day.
shop replaced it and they took it out for test drive. somehow or another they did something with the gearing and took out over drive and replaced entire tranny, rebuilt of course.
since then not using downloaders, about one year.
now when i am driving along at about 30 or 40 km and give her more than half throttle tranny ends up in no gear until i let off, which i immediatly do.
guys have ripped apart tranny at least 7 times in last year to figure this problem out. i am willing to pay what ever the cost except another tranny. willing to throw 1500 at it right now but tranny guys have no idea what the problem is or what to replace.

any ideas. thanks for any input and reading another tranny problem.

 

What keeps going bad? Direct clutches? or ????

 

cannot recall exactly or find reciept but from what i recall i took out the tc, selonoids? and i am sure otherstuff. it was pretty much everything but gears and the housing both times. cost was 3700
funny thing is now i have this shift problem ever since the od was put togeter wrong and blew up. they continue to change out parts and look around but they have no ida what the problem could be.
guess with what info i have for you guys there wont be much help. thanks anyhow
