diff and transfer case

wanting to change rear and front diff , as well as transfer case oil out tomorrow. sounds easy enough. just take cover off and let her drain. is there some sort of gasket to watch out for?
not to sure how to do transfer case or what is best to use for it. some sort of synthetic ? how much and how do i drain transfer case?
thanks

^^^ correct, just did everything you mentioned. ATF in the t-case. I put in 75W-110 in the diffs.

T-case, remove the skid plate. remove the drain screw, remove fill screw, replace drain screw, fill to height of fill screw, replace fill screw, replace skid plate. 20 min job

Diff's, remove cover and let drain, clean off magnet on fill screw, reuse same gasket and replace cover. Add fluid to fill screw level. replace fill screw
