its still up in the air. i often wonder why i got it in the first place- then again fuel prices were a heck of alot cheaper when i bought it, probably below $3/gal. not anymore.. im young, i blew money on it way too fast. im done moding it, maybe small cosmetic stuff here and there. i miss my jeep- not saying that any better on gas, but its a heck of alot less a month on fuel/gas. smarty is sold, probably get a xzt to put around on, it was a nice little chip when i had it. and the extra money will just stay in the bank i think. i bought a brand new set of procomps for it- wondering if i should just sell them or throw them on it. also have an srt pillar and in-dash pillar im wondering if i should throw on. spent probably $1300 this past month in parts. this year alone from maybe feb. to now ive probably racked up around $8k. last year from the time i bought it to dec, around $3k. i put too much into it too fast, im realizing that now. young and stupid... thats what it all adds up to.

Fortunately, I had the ability to pay cash for my truck in '03. If I were making a $500 - $600 truck payment, I would have a hard time justifying parking it in favor of a smaller more efficient commuter. I know it's tough for some of the guys here to park them because of the escalating fuel costs while still making the monster payments.

yea one of the reasons im having a hard time justifying parking it vs. driving it. payment+insurance+fuel a month=1600. but if we did, commuter insurance+truck insurance+truck payment+commuter fuel= 1100-1200. yea thats $400 a month im saving, but sucks parking something im paying almost $900 a month for. so selling it seems logical, or i dunno
