Cracked fuel Injector line...#4

So I wash the truck, having a great night..make it about 3miles away from the my shop and I start to smell Diesel. Hoping its not mine.. I keep goin about 1/2 mile. Pull into a gas station and Bam..had to be 2 gallons on diesel under the truck, motor making a loud ticking noise. I shut her down, thinking the worst I pull the dip stick. Nope not maiking fuel in the oil. I decide to grab my light, Fire her up and jump up on motor. #4 inject line is cracked and spraying fuel all over. So I was afraid to drive the truck, call my brother picks me up..Now my Poor truck is siiting in a parking lot. Fearing that this is an expensive ordeal, I look up the part, seem to be preety cheap-around 40-50$. So my question is, Is this a simple replacement with average tools, or is this somthing I need to take to my Local Mechanic?

Hey buddy, I was in your shoes about a month ago. It is an easy change out. The dealer will stick you about 60-70$, try to find a Cummins shop.

They line up very easily. I am going to buy a spare to keep in the truck. Don't hold this as definate, but I think it was a 3/4 wrench to switch it out.

don't forget the 3/8 drive set and some open end wrenches for the isolator block. I think some are 7/16 and some are 3/8. Better to have the whole set than just a couple of the wrong ones.
