will a bad lp kill the cp like it does the vp-44 or will the truck just not run.
When the lp went in my 03 it quit running till new one. i have seen some guys say it, no proof and i dont believe so since its a different design. any answers?

It will eventually but not without some rather obvious indications and a lot more miles.
The VP was real finicky about the fuel supply and would die for no reason even with good fuel pressure. Low supply just massively acclerated its demise.
The CP-3 is lot more robust in that respect so it won't fail immeditely.
