Question Con ofe noise

Had my new clutch put in yesterday.Ofe with hydro upgrade and new rear main seal 1947.00. Goes into gear great pedal a little stiffer no rattle I can hear but idleing into camp ground today in second gear it had a groul/buzz.Like a old manual from the 70's when it did not have enough rpm's.Did it again on the way home mosing up to red light in 4th ghear. If this is going to be normal fine it just seems like it would vibrate something loose after awile. Also will give my brother the furd guy something to rib me about. Thanks

I want to know the answer to this one myself, as mine does it too. My tranny guy said bearing at first. I gave him the story about what I did and he said it wasn't likely then. Not if all I did was change the clutch and flywheel and hydraulics. I'm with you, if it's normal then just tell me.

Mine does it too its just telling you that you need more rpms. I dont think its the clutch I think its the tranny without the dual mass fly wheel the tranny gears have to take up all the vibrations and a gear make noise when its a bit out of alinement. IMHO

That was my thought as well. The shifter shakes ever so much more, that I had to move my Jake Brake switch to the dash. I couldn't take the noise. You are right that the noise does go away with a little more RPM's. I was wrong, a DMF did have one good thing about, but that one reason won't get it put back into my truck though.
