I know exactly what you are talking about. My new 48RE does'nt do it, thank god. I'm 200% happier with the new truck with the HO and 48RE. I'm still waiting to break it in so I can strap a trailer on the back and give it the real test.

 

Lots O luck Mark (Ton4fun) I still feel that to lose $8-9k on a new vehicle is the main reason why I kept mine. Hopefully I'll wait a year or two till DC makes a 5-6 speed trans which would make much more sense with the engine combos.
