Code P0073

After changing my oil, I started the truck and forgot to plug in the sensor on top of the airbox. Now I have the check engine light and code P0073, Air sensor.
Will this code clear itself ? If not how can I clear it? And will it do any damage to drive it with this code?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks Mike

How did you get the code from the truck, if you used a scan tool you should be able to clear the code with that. If you did the key thing 3 times and the odometer said done, its should clear its self after a few starts engine start up's.

Yep it will clear it self after a few starts. It won't hurt anything to keep driving

it usually takes 3 complete cycles of cold start, full warm up, back to cold start for a code that is no longer an active code to go away. wont hurt it abit, just like hauler said
