Clutch recommendation
Clutch recommendation
Hey guys I have an '05 with just under 100k on it. I think it is time for a clutch it, seems to slip sometimes when getting on it under high torque load. I have been surfing around looking, but this is all confusing to me. I am looking for a clutch that will handle the power with the few mods I have and tow my 24' enclosed w/ car and all the crap in it weighing right around the gross of #7000 maybe a little more.
And I ususally have a #1000 of crap in the bed at all times, tools and supplies. (i'm a plumber)
I don't and probably never will drag or sled pull so an extreme clutch is not needed.
I want something somewhat affordable, easily driveable, and something that will last me at least another 100k. Is that asking to much?
So what do you guys think and where would be the best place to deal with to purchase one?
TIA

I agree, give Peter a call and tell him what you use your truck for, HP, etc and he'll make a recommendation to you.
