Clutch problems?!

I have just noticed at 2300 miles that my clutch was getting a little grabby. I check the hydrolic reservoir and discovered that it was empty!?* I then found a small stream of fluid going down the firewall on the inside just under the clutch linkage. I have topped up the reservoir with DOT 3 brake fluid, as specified. I will call service at my dealer with this one. Anyone ever seen anything like it? What was the cure? I do not trust my dealer's service.

Charles

[i think that way too, and my local dealer's service department seems to be pretty good]

The new slave and master cylinders are junk.

I would retrofit from an older style truck ie 94-2002.
