Clutch going out?

So I got a question I have a 2003 with a six speed, I think the clutch it starting to go on me...
-grinds every-time I try and put it into reverse, I have to put it in 2nd then reverse without letting out the clutch.
-hard to get into 1st or 2nd at a stop pumping the clutch sometimes helps
-when Im at a stop if I put it in 1st I start to creep and when I take it out I stop.

Is this a hydraulic or clutch issue? My clutch has about 50,000 hard work miles on it and i replaced the slave & master about 20,000 miles ago?

All the fluids levels are good and there are no signs of leaks.

Any Ideas.

Could be a problem in the hydraulic system, like air trapped in it, or in the clutch it's self.

Once you get going and give it throttle does it slip at all with or without a load? Mine slipped when towing our fiver on grades really bad. Replaced the clutch and no problem. I didn't have any grinding issues before I had it changed. Could be as stated by other person that it might be a hydrallic issue. Just saying mine didn't have the grinding problem just slipped.

My buddy has an 03. I drove it when he first bought it a few years ago and it did almost exactly what you describe. Just drove it again recently and it it is the same. Same clutch and about 70k more miles, so I'd say that's just how it is.
