Not wishing to seem stupid but I am assuming that you did not have to drop the tranny??

Not at all. the master mounts on the fire wall (obviously) the plumbing is pre bent with loom on it already and runs down the driver side frame rail and the slave cylinder bolts right into left side of trans. very easy,cut and dry

Bought the whole thing as a unit, already filled with fluid. You don't even have to worry about bleeding it!!
Just be ready for the plug on the pedal sensor, PITA!! There is a red part to the plug that has to slide to unlock the connection. After that it was easy.
