Autozone does it for free with DRBIII tool.

Some have said disconnect batterys for up to an hour. I have done that and codes are still there. Others have mentioned that after XX number of cycles it will clear itself, again I haven't tried it.

Autozone is only a mile from my house, so that is the easiest/quickest way for me.

I think AutoZone uses a OBDII scanner tool to clear Trouble Codes. There are some DC specific trouble codes that I cannot clear with my OBDII scanner. Most will clear after some number of start and runs as long as the condition that set the code is no longer present. Some are set to show that a problem did exist and can only be cleared with the Dodge DRBIII tool.
