I have used Delo exclusively in all my diesels for over 15 years and I have never had a problem with it.

The trucking company I use to drive for used 15w40 Delo 400 in all their semis engines and it held up, so it should do ok your engine.

Before putting on the amsoil bypass filter and switching to schaffer's 9000, I used Delo 400 for first 90k. I have had excellent lab results. Oil changes were every 10k. I'd have to say that Delo worked just fine for me. I switched mostly to stay out of the new low ash oils, and the lower zinc and TBN levels they have. The shaffers along with the bypass filter allows me to extend my changes. Otherwise i had no issue with the delo.

I don't like giving Exxon any extra profit but Delo 400 is in my truck.
