I have over 85k on the '03 and plenty of pad left. I did pick up new pads a couple months ago thinking they were gonna be due soon, just over $50 a set.

I just traded in an 03 3500,srw,with 145,000 miles, mostly towing,still had the original brake pads,with about 35% left.
