People might hold them responsible...for what exactly? I don't see how anyone can claim DTR mods/admins have legal liability by allowing this post to continue.

Just because it might be illegal for your uses and your location, doesn't mean it's the same for everyone else in the World. What about Canadians? What about off-road use only?

I'm with you. You are taliing to a philosopher who is about to be a lawyer, who is the son of two lawyers! I would love to argue this point; but I am just going off of what moderators have said. I agree whole heartidly with you.

Maybe DTR should hire you in the future so they finally know where their liability begins and ends!
