worked for me , my old half ton dodge i went with a 4.56 rear and the front was 3.73 or 3.55 i cant remember on 33's.

only engaged when in muck, sand, ice (but dont recommned)

just cant let others drive the truck, and if uncertain pull the fron driveline.
