Cable out of the rear axle...

hmmm - just bought my RAM and was checking out the underside of it...

And there is a cable coming out of the rear differential housing (top)... Is this a E-Locker (EATON) or something like that?

There is a vehicle speed sensor on top of the dif housing?

It's a cable... going inside... Speed Sensor makes sense... for the ABS, right?

Can you get a pick of it? Top driver's side of the diff with a little metal bracket over it is the speed sensor.

And yes, it's for the ABS (3 channel system) and also provides the spedo input...
