Buzzing!!

my 03 ctd QC LB that has 101,xxx miles on it has what i can best describe as a buzzing sound that comes in and out as i accelerate all the way up to 80+ mph. i had the truck in the shop and they rebalanced my driveshaft and installed new u-joints, and this seemed to help slighly...maybe. in my opinion it sounds engine related, as i have coasted through the speeds it does it the most at, and no noise....it also will do it at low speeds as well. it just feels bad. i need to fix this soon cause its driving me nuts! please help...any suggesstions would be appreciated. thanks

What type of transmission is in the truck ?
Could it be a bad torque converter ?

I think there was a TSB issued for a buzzing that had something to do with power steering hoses?? Might try sifting through the TSB's for more info? Sorry I can't be any more specific, but I'm sure someone will chime in...

I have a similar sound in my CTD that is most evident between 1900-2100 rpms and is more noticeable when the AC is on. Jeff in TD, who also had a similar problem, suggested I look @ the following TSB as it corrected his:
