Buzzing in dash of 01 1500????

Buzzing in dash of 01 1500????
Has anyone had any problems with a buzzing in the center section dash of the 01's?? I have a 01 1500 
that only buzzes with the interior lights on or key on. Sounds like a relay going crazy 
but everything works fine and there is no burning smell that you get with a failing T-85 relay. not to mention the fact there is no relays mounted there as far as I know.
