Buzzing sound in dash

Has anyone else experienced a strange BUZZ from the gauge cluster area of the dash?
It is very annoying!!!!!!
It starts when you are at low RPM's and under light throttle ( ie. 5th or 6th gear at low MPH's).
When it first started it almost sounded like an electrical buzzer of some type.
I thought maybe it was coming from the A-Pillar where my EGT gauge is installed, but I can't trace it to that.
I have a friend with a 5.9, no EGT gauge and he is having the same problem.
If anyone has dealt with this and has a fix I would really appreciate some information.

I had a buzzing sound which I thought was comming from the dashboad or drivers window. Turned out to be a plastic disc like cover under the driver side mirror. Look under your side mirror and you'll see what I talking about, I think it's an access cover. When you find it, try driving with your window down and place your hand under the disc. If the noise stops, you can put a little caulking in the groove to keep it from vibrating. I hope this helps, I know the buzzing sound was driving me crazy too!

Thanks for the advice.
This noise is definetely coming from the dash area inside the cab.
I appreciate your input though.
