buy a 2003?

I'm supposed to go to look at a 2003 diesel tomorrow. All I know so far is that it's 4wd, standard transmission, single cab, 230,000 km. Supposedly has a lot of recent front suspension work.
Anything specific that goes wrong with these trucks that I should be looking for?
Or any reason I should pass on it and just keep the first-gen I've been driving for 19 years?

My 03 has 177K KM and only problem was a blown water pump a month ago while towing a 13K lb 5th wheel across Arizona in 110 degree temps. I don't have the 4wd so my front end is pretty simple. Just made a trip from San Diego up to the mountains outside Sacramento and back towing. Running like a champ. I did upgrade the lift pump (it was still working) at around 90K miles.

Everything under mine is still clean too...no leaks anywhere.

? Why buy if yours is running fine and you know it's history?
