broken trans mount bolts second time

broken trans mount bolts second time
Would anyone have any clues as to why I keep breaking the mounting bolts on my transmission. This is the second time these bolts have broken off, after the factory bolts broke and I got them out they were replaced with case harden grade 8 bolts. Any help would be appreciated
