I'm not sure about anyone else, but I don't quite understand your question? What is IDA? Do you mean your suspension is bottoming out? if so, both front and back? Details please.

I think 'ida' is actually 'I don't know'. Are you completely stock or do you have something like a giant winch bumper on? Are you running empty or do you have the truck loaded with gear?

So, you have a 4x2 stock truck with shocks that are two years old......

Have you ever hauled a camper or heavy loads in the bed since shocks we're installed? How many miles on the shocks?

Check to see if any of the shocks are leaking. Sure sign, they will need to be replaced. Hit any hard bumps or pot holes lately? You should check all bushings. How many miles on your truck? Maybe front springs are tired and getting soft if over 100 K miles? Hard miles or easy commuter empty truck miles? If your shocks were direct stock replacements and not heavy duty then they can go bad with as little as 40k miles on them.

My guess is the front springs is sagging. I had the same issue with slamming into the jounce bumpers when hitting large dips. I installed Daystar 1.5" coil spring spacers to solve the issue.
