Has anyone installed one of these. and had luck with them. I am debating on this vs oem. These seem kind of pricey, just wanted to know everones thoughts on them.

yes- you must of missed my posts a couple of weeks back. total horror story!! took two weeks to get borgeson to fix their massive screw up!! to make all story short. as of two weeks ago- every 950 shaft in the usa would not fit on the 3rd gen trucks, just the 2nd gen trucks. shaft was the wrong length (not long enough) wrong spline count on the u-joint! (their 950 shafts all had a 30 count splines, when are trucks are 36 splines) took me calling their competitors to find out the problem, along with the guy i bought it from going down to his local dodge dealership and crawling under trucks!! borgeson was using the 30 count spline which is on the 2nd gen trucks, when they still used the delphi/saginaw steering box- the 3rd gen trucks use a visteon steering box (ford) which has a 36 count spline. borgeson was able to send me the correct u-joint with the correct spline count and a "universal" shaft, which needed to be cut down two inches. truck is 100 percent better- borgeson parts are high quality-just find it strange that me and the retailer i bought it from were the two knuckle heads that uncovered this problem with the borgeson 950 shafts. i have the correct part number for the u-joint and i can tell you the other parts you will need if you want to go this route.

If you have the part numbers, I would appreciate that. It would save me the headache that you went through.
