Block Heater Time ??
The power cord is a $20 option when the truck is ordered. This topic has been heavily discussed here. If you don't have a cord, but want one, get it from Cummins or an aftermarket source. It will be less that half the price your friendly Dodge dealer will want for one.
I don't have one and have no intention of getting one. I don't need it where I live & , hopefully, will never live where I do.

I have mine on a cheap timer from Wally World for about 2 1/2 hours. Cheap timers work excellent but be sure to get one with a ground plug,
we're talking outside here,
things get wet,
your standing on wet ground.
I even have mine plugged into a GFI outlet, better safe than sorry.

I went and bought a cord for mine from a John Deere dealer.
Stupid part is I have never really needed it yet.
I spent my money on some rather expensive synthetic oil and the truck just starts up like its summer time even at -30 C temps.
