Block heater cord routing?

I bought the cord for my 07 5.9 and have it connected to the heater but can't quite see where the holes are for the fasteners.Does the cord go under the battery and then forward. Can some one with the factory install please let me know the routing.I did a search and found nothing.
Thanks
Phil

Mine is routed down next to the oil filter to the frame rail then forward underneath the AC compressor to then it's up to you where you want it from there. Mine comes out the bumper and I attached it to the tow hook.

I put it on myself but it is a factory cord. There are 3 holes down the frame rail below the oil filter that the clips plug into. I will try and get a picture posted here as soon as I can if you still cant find them. You should be able to see them if you are looking up at the oil filter.

Got it.I thought it went over to the side and then under the battery.
Pretty simple.
Thank you very much for your quick response.

Mind also has clip on the front of the support bracket right behind the passenger side grill, so it holds the cord right next to the plug end. Keeps it out of the way and also protects it from the road slop. Mine was factory installed.
