I do the custom valving on the Camaro's because I feel the valving from Bilstein is still a touch soft (still a little float now and again). Haven't found that to be the case on the trucks, which really doesn't make it something I feel I need to do. The other issue is I can't know what to change if I don't see a weakness..... Haven't found it yet. Might never. Never needed to do anything different to my Chevy shocks. The Dodge stuff is too new to know long-term yet, but based on past experience I doubt you'll need more than off the shelf valvings.

SAM,
I was just posting info from various web sites doing research on prices. I was not trying to bash anyone or any website.

Is there a Steve Harrison on here by any chance? He called me and left a message with a co-worker. She must have written the number down incorrectly as the little old lady I called back wasn't amused.

If Steve is here, or you know him.... I tried calling back, and am not ignoring you!

I have a set of Bilsteins on order.
The rear ones look easy enough to change, but not too sure about the front.
What do you have to do to change the front, and how hard would it be to do it in the driveway? Or should I hire someone to do it?

Ray, the only problem I had was bust'n them dang bolts loose. My body made noises that I never heard before. I don't have air tools, so I went to Midas and asked the guy if he can just bust'm for me, he did and I went home and installed them. Went back to him to put the heavy duty torque back on. Was nice of them. Other than that, it is very easy.
