i have the afe stage 2 tired of the clean reoil process and was wondering if i could just buy a bhaf and replace the afe filter and does it filter as well and flow as well

buy a Amsoil 6080 or buy a dry AFE filter and you should be good

 

thank you for the response and amsoil has great products But ive heard the BHAF is fairly priced and needed to know if it will just hook up to the afe torque tube without any changes

It will fit to the tube but due to the mass of the bhaf it will not fit into the area without some significant modification. Might try doing a search in the 3rd gen forum under 'bhaf' and see what comes up. I have the AFE and tried converting to the bhaf but gave up and went back to the oiled filter.

 

the bhaf lasts a long time and i didnt need to do any mods to make it fit.
