Smile Best Brand Of Diesel Available In Western Canada???

Hi guys-have been lurking for a long time, dreamin about getting a Cummins-wow, finally got an 05 Quad Dually 6 speed last week. Now the questions come-firstly, any input as to the best Diesel available in Western Canada would be appreciated. I will be moving to Vancouver Island next month. Also, I'm looking for some Redline Diesel Fuel Conditioner. Is it available in Canada?

where on Van island are you going. i would go with MoHawk or Husky for diesel on the island. I use to live in Courtenay and Nanaimo myself.

Most consistent fuel I find to be ESSO. As for Red Line products, go to Mopac. They are in Calgary, Edmonton and couple of cities in B.C. They are on the net too, and they carry the entire Red Line line of products.

Real Canadian Super Store - Gas Bar. What's the difference - really? I've used their diesel for 2 winters - no water, no problems.

That's all I use, since you get 7.5cents/L in Superbucks to use in the store(7.5 in Alberta, 5 in Sask).

I do run additives every tank however. http://www.farmersdiesel.com/4plus.html and http://www.milliganbiotech.com/product.htm

Check out this thread. Might be a few answers for you. The only fuel I use in my truck is UFA for one week, and husky for one week. The reason for the husky for one week is because it is free! The best kind. Never had a problem with either one.
