Band adjustment question

I'm having a flare shift between 1st-2nd. Does anybody think that I need a front band adjustment?

I did mine, had the pan off,so did both.Get a marking pen so you back off the correct amount after torquing to the correct specs.I used to have to back off the throttle so it would upshift,it now shifts up and down very smooth and crisp.I towed about 5000 miles/23000 gross this winter, what a difference.
