Truck now has almost 200k miles on it. Noticed it like 2 weeks ago when leaving a restaurant but after restarting it like 2 times it went away and has been fine. After getting back from driving 800 miles for work the next morning i started it up and whole truck was shaking, but after i put it in drive and drive 5 feet it clears up and the truck runs fine. Thought it might of been bad diesel in WV so i filled up here and added some lucas treatment to it and changed the fuel filter also with a Baldwin unit. Started it up this morning and was fine, just ran to the store and it was doing it again right at startup really bad, no smoke out of exhaust, no codes, just bad vibration. by the time i made it out of the driveway it was gone and truck drove fine. Started it up after running to store and no problems then. Any ideas on what the problem is. This is my primary work vehicle for travel and would really hate to be stranded.
