Well I am bummed. My 06 has only 17,000 miles and I have developed the infamous clunk/pop noise under my feet. Kind of wish I did not sell my Ford, felt much more solid. It does not rattle like others have mentioned. What was the consencious on how to fix the problem, so when I take it to the dealer they cannot dick me around. Any help would be great!!

 

You've got a lot going on there that the dealership is gonna look askance at. Just by the way you describe the noise and where you feel it, I'd look at the left side frame attachment point for the long arm kit. Make sure the bushing is good and the attachment is secure. Beyond that, no clue....slop in the sway bar disconnect?
