I am installing a Quadzilla Commander to monitor my auto trans temps. I have read it is a good way to guage frequency of trans fluid changes. Any Ideas on what to look for and how to guage if more frequent changes are necessary?

Also is the five or six quarts of fluid (and filter) in the pan considered a adequet change or should the TC fluid be changed also?
