Mine's doing it too. Has there been a service bulletin on this. I called my dealer and it sounded like they just planned to tighten down the clamp and put more coolant in the reservoir.

I work in a dodge dealer and the hose shows up about mid 05 I think. before that its a solid pipe with a 90 degree hose at the back of the head. The stock hose with the heat wrap around it is to big for the metal lines. The updated hose is smaller diameter and is silicone. there are two spring style clamps like the ones on your rad hose that work way better then a worm gear clamp because they expand and contract with temp.

Do you have the part number for the replacement hose and clamps. Mine is not leaking but if it ever did I would like to get the upgraded part.

Thanks, Jeff

yep, part numbers for the upgraded hose and clamps (does it come as a kit?) would be great so we can fix this for good ... hopefully.
Certainly this is no big deal even if I had to pay for it myself but it amazes me how they can screw up something so simple and cheap ... with the complexity of the vehicles today.

Just over 1 year old, 22K miles I started seeing that little bit O juice on the drive way. Is it this little hose the one just back of the turbo looks like a flex link between the motor and where the line heads to the heater coil? If so yep shes a leaker. . .sounds like I need to give the clamps a little rotation and snug it down a bit.

right on scooter, that's why we were hoping for some part #s ... we know if we go into the dealer without them chances are they will know less about it than we do.
