I have a 2006 3500, and have been having problems with power and throttle sticking when I rev the truck up. It will stay reved up for a couple of seconds before idling down. I was told that this could be the apps causing the problem and you can reset them. Can I reset this myself? If so how do you reset it?

 

To reset the APPS disconnect both batteries for around 15 minutes. Reconnect the batteries, turn the ignition switch to the ON position (DO NOT START) and press the accelerator slowly down to the floor and then release. Turn the ignition off. The truck is ready to start.
